The big loss on the OL last year was Teuhema, who wasn’t a normal attrition player. You can argue whatever you want about the other scrubs and why the left. That O ran them off, whatever. Doesn’t really matter. The one guy that mattered was a shite head like his brother.
As far as freshman player, this graphic should interest anyone that is an lsu fan.

The teams surrounding LSU in this graphic went 7-6, 2-10, 7-6, 7-6. We all know lsu won 9 games. I will agree we left 2 on the table. It could have easily been 11. When you play a lot of young players you are subject to having trouble putting games away.
I think our game day coaching was pretty sound last year, even in the Troy game people want to blame O, but we lost that game on turnovers & bad run D. O’s ganeplan tweak prob works if those things don’t happen.
I think there is good to focus on. These arguments wouldn’t drag on like they are if both sides weren’t right on some points. The guys bashing O have no leeway. They aren’t acknowledging anything good has gone on. They have to twist words to make a lot of points. If you look at things for what they actually are an not to confirm your preexhisting bias, you can see good.

Solid post, but aren't you a bit concerned with how signing day played out? The class itself is good, but not addressing some of the needs is inexcusable. Couple that with the gap that exists between LSU and Alabama, and it's quite concerning.

I am Going to fundamentally disagree with the gameday coaching and O’s tweaks vs Troy.
Turnovers are probably why we lost the game, but the tweaks are why it was close in the first place. It’s Troy. We sucked.
