Most of these kids were around 10 years old when Lebron James sat in front of the television and made the decision to take the easiest route of a championship and flee to Miami. These kids were so impressionable at that age and I blame Lebron James 100% for kids chasing ships with no rough water ahead.

I could buy this. If you can't beat them, join them, seems to be a popular trend.

In that case these kids should be going to LSU.....

He chose Miami, a place with a title a few years ago, but currently not good......

Your argument does have merit.

The current generation of college students seek the path of least resistance more so than those from 10 years ago.

If you read about the recruiting classes in the 2001-2003 range, you see recruits getting together saying stuff like “let’s build this thing together”

Now you have recruits saying “can I ride your coat tails?”

Players going to the hot team is nothing new. They used to flock to Miami in the 80s, FSU/Nebraska in the 90s, USC in the 2000s, now it's Bama.

so these kids should take recruits with them

comparing 1 title Miami that happened 3 seasons before he went there with a coach with 0 titles, to Bama with 5 titles in the last 8 years all with Saban, doesnt exactly hold weight

We are far closer to Miami then Bama is........

Miami went 47-35 the year before lebron

Bama went 14-1 this year with a national title

Which two teams are the most comparable here?
