Just started getting back into the gym about 2 weeks ago. I've found it easy going to the gym but tough finding a solid workout routine and nutrition plan. I've been trying my best to stay away from carbs but have yet to see any results. Could anyone give me some simple workouts and food to help burn stomach fat and love handles? Not looking to get greek god abs, just trying to be slimmer

Try harder.

You lose pounds in the kitchen, not the gym.

Lol. Sorry but this is very wrong. After 7-10 days of very low carb, high fat, you will no longer get hungry. In my opinion Keto is far and away the best way to burn fat.

No it is a way for you to eat less calories than you burn as it tends to blunt hunger and be pretty easy to stick to. Very little thermogenic advantage.

MFP is a good habit developing app, just gives you a better idea of what and how much of it you’re putting in your body. I don’t use it anymore as I now know about where I need to be. Probably should cancel that sub, fricker keeps sneaking up on me.

I have an idea. Give it more than two weeks. And track your meals. When people say "i try to stay away from carbs" i feel like they arent actually watching what they eat, other than removing the bun from their burger, or eating wheat noodles or wheat wraps. If you want to lose fat on a low carb diet, track your meals. Read nutrition facts. Google nutrition facts on different meals. Unless you keep your carbs actually limited, you wont get results. Im almost through week 4 of no more than 23 net carbs per day.
i havent changed my workout routine and ive lost about 6 or 7 pounds, and have leaned out considerably. But i have not cheated once.

I have a piece of tow strap that I hooked up to a belt sander that I loop around my body to blast my love handle fat. I imagine it'd work good on abs if I had somebody to hold it behind me
