For those watching CNN - there is literally nothing unconstitutional about this.
The Democratic Party and media literally just got shite on. Trump is giving his address, making his points and releasing the memorandum.
The opposition response will be subtly muted as the Left media pours over its contents in an attempt to spin this back to muh Russia.
The right media will listen to his full SOTU and discuss its merits tomorrow on the news.
By tomorrow a large proportion of the democratic population will forget about the SOTU, completely miss Kennedy, Sanders, Waters rebuttals and return to narrative with a few less members.
The washing machine media will only have their most loyal, brainwashed audiences on Wednesday morning.
By the weekend the GOP and DNC will be closer to an immigration bill and may even have infrastructure tabled. Next weeks narrative will be how those are unconstitutional as well.

The biggest point that all of us need to recognize is that how monumentally refreshing this is. If ANY other republican was in Trump's position there's no way in hell that they would pull this ballsy move.
Jeb, Mitt, McCain, hell probably even Rubio would politely bend over and take it up the arse from the Dems and MSM rebuttal, and probably never even release the memo.
Trump is the first guy in modern history, perhaps even more so than Reagan, that is willing to roll up his sleeves and get down in the mud with the Dem pigs and fight just as dirty as they do.
Call him callus and crude. Call him boorish. But this guy understands exactly who he's fighting, how they cheat, and gives zero fricks about decorum niceties.
It's something we've been desperately needing in this country, and something I thought we'd never get.
Screw the establishment R's and D's. Two sides of the same coin. Trump is a weird, orange, anomaly, and I love it.

this memo is a summary of an Inspector General investigation into a sitting president and his administration paying for a phony dossier used as the basis for a FISA warrant to spy on a political rival. An ongoing investigation into a nonexistent collusion to justify weaponizing American intelligence agencies against a presidential campaign.

And not being used to that, they don't know how to respond to that. So they just pull out all the stops...which is a hamhanded, clumsy response, prone to mistakes. And Trump just keeps winning because they're so utterly off-balance.

I'll believe that when I see it. I feel like I've heard that line a lot on this site and nothing comes from it...but we'll see.
