Will democrats accept a DACA deal that doesn’t include a path to citizenship?

I bet they won’t, even if the deal includes legal status for the non law breaking illegal aliens.
Make no mistake..... democrats don’t care about being “humane”, they care about votes and power.

It's either no path to citizenship or a very long arse time to wait like 30-35 years.
They got into this country illegally, they should wait at least one generation before they can get citizenship.
Not a fan of the 12 year waits, should be much, much longer than that.

Forget DACA because...
Democrats won't accept a deal that doesn't cover all 3.6 million "Dreamers" a path to citizenship.

Permanent resident status is probably fine. As green card permanent residents, they can apply for citizenship down the road.

DACA kids will get a path to citizen ship but trump will get some of the wall, no more chain migiration and no more visa lottery...

DACA young people will get a path to citizenship...eventually. If not this year, then in 2019 or 20210.

I say either deport them or give them legal resident status.
NO CITIZENSHIP unless they go through the normal channels like every other immigrant.

If they want to save votes, they will accept the deal. They are on very thin ice right now in terms of public perception. They risk losing a lot of Latino votes if they are exposed as being the ones halting progress on getting these people legal status.

guy in Detroit got deported after being here 30+ years and having an American wife and kids, but do you see anyone other than his family crying over him?
