Does O Have the Exact Staff He's Always Wanted?

Pretty sure he wanted Kiffin, so no. He's got the best staff he could reasonably expect, though. It's plenty good enough to win a lot of games. If we don't, that will be on O. No scapegoats at this point.

He could have easily hired whoever he wanted to replace Dave. All he had to do was let him go to A&M.

Safe to say DA is his first choice for DC.

This is true at most places, but not under O. What improvements to the staff has he made?

I hope not. Last time he hired the whole staff he went 10-25.

It depends on if he throws players under the bus or the coach. If he says, "we just need to recruit better *insert position here*" then it's all good. If he starts with the, "Well, we need to call better plays. We need to teach our players not to do that." Then it's definitely not the staff he's always wanted.
