Furthermore, Lebanon is the way it is because they are all effed up. It isn’t just one group. There are even warring Christian groups many of whom are the same freaking denomination.

Well in one sense they are. Shia militarism has increased steadily since the Lebanese Civil War, and especially since the Iranian Revolution. Sunni majority countries are inundated with anti-Shia propaganda, such as the Shia are aligned with the US and Israel to destroy Sunni countries. That is demonstrably false, but it is repeated pretty often with countries with large Sunni majorities. You asking a Jordanian, a country made up of 90% Sunni's, is a testament to the extent of that propaganda.

That said, the primary culprits of terrorism in the West are the Salafi/Wahabi groups of AQ and its affiliates, and IS. Those groups have helped promote anti-Shia bigotry, as they pretend they are the defenders of Sunni's everywhere.

This isn't true. The Shia, up until the 1970s, were mostly disorganized, and if I remember rightly, they were they last to organize themselves in the Lebanese Civil War. That war, and the subsequent Syrian occupation of the country til 2005, had more to do with the state of the country than the Shia did, many of whom are stanch Lebanese nationalists (while also big supporters of Iran).

No country in the world has been affected by as many different groups of refugees as Jordan. Palestinian refugees make up 30% of the Jordanian population, and there are about 1.5 million Syrians in the country. Without those two populations the population of the country would drop from 9 million to around 5.5 million. I'm not surprised they won't let anyone else in, as the demographic balance, if the Syrians in particular aren't repatriated at the end of the SCR, then that will pose problems for the region as well.
