What are you baws doing about dry skin in this cold weather?

I'm getting a little ashy and need to exfoliate.

Half my fingers were split at the tips. Been a painful bitch having to use them the last couple weeks.

It's an annual ritual when you live in Chicago.

Cetaphil seems to work very well.

Also, don't shower immediately after you work out, if you do so. The sweat and oils do a damn good job on your skin.

Just FYI, my Tigerdroppings premium membership filter labeled any threads talking about things like "dry skin" as ghey.

This was in my TD spam filter and I guess I caught it in time.

I have a steam shower. It's great for dry skin and dry nasal passages.

Between the freezing cold, dry air and gas heat, my sinuses are a bloody mess. It's a battle to clear my head every morning.

We have a crock pot filled with water, on high setting, for humidity. Seems to work.

ETA: don’t use harsh shower gels and soaps either. Look for a Neutrogena (sp) product or Nivia.
