I haven't really touched my PS4/Xbox One since receiving my Switch. Now I do plan to go back and play Nier on the PS4 probably in a few days, but I've beaten Mario Odyssey, Resident Evil Revelations 2, and almost played through all of Fire Emblem Warriors on the Switch and still have Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 to play through.

The Switch is obviously selling very well, but my hope is third parties continue to make games for this thing. It's relative lack of power compared to PS4/Xbox One make it to where the Switch version will almost always be the most inferior port (minus the portability factor) and size/weight/battery life make it the least portable Nintendo system since the original Gameboy (virtual boy is not really a portable system).

I hope Madden one day comes to switch. NBA is fun on it.

Wwe 2k18 was a joke though, which sucks because I like wrestling games, I was upset that 2k put out such a shite game

The Switch is absolutely amazing if you like Nintendo, which I do.

Playing xenoblade 2 on it is the most fun I've had with a console since with got Pokémon Blue and GBColor. If Nintendo puts out a giant open world Pokémon game (basically think Xenoblade scale with Pokémon skin) on the switch I'll be way to excited and the fanboy in me will have problems going to work.

I love it. It's my first Nintendo console since N64. I got BoTW for Christmas, and I haven't been able to put it down. My poor ps4 is probably getting lonely.

Ever since Skyrim released on Nintendo Switch, I found it difficult to play anything else.

It's my favorite system right now. I'm a huge Sony fan and still love my PS4, it's probably the best overall console this gen for sure. But I since I got the switch in March, I've only gone to the PS4 a handful of times, for Fortnite, and a Bloodborne replay.

Part of this is that Nintendo has more than a couple 100+ (200+ if you count Zelda) games out that are very rewarding to play for long periods, I put 100 hours in a MARIO game, that's unreal. 215 hrs in Zelda, pushing 40 at Xenoblade and I just got it a week ago, and even a good bit into Splatoon/Mario Kart/Arms/Stardew Valley.

The other part is the portability factor. I'm getting more gaming time in the bed, and also while the wife or kids watch the TV here and there.

Future is bright for the switch. I can't wait for Metroid, and the inevitable Zelda/Mario sequel, and all the other first party stuff.

The you have Bethesda on board, Square, etc. From the beginning. The rate of consoles being sold will get other third parties to come over for sure.

It's also the perfect platform for indie games and retro style games.

Golf Story is an amazing old school RPG, and Stardew Valley on the switch is the definitive way to play that game.

Yeah I love mine. I rotate though between SP:TFBW on PS4 and AC:O on Xbox.

Switch Officially Sells More Than the Wii U in Under a Year

It's also on a faster pace than the Wii and PS4. That's bound to slow down, but Year 2 of the Wii was huge - ~26 million units.

I disagree. The switch is an amazing handheld. But it will not be a true console until they get a minimum development of apps (i.e. Netflix and Internet Browser), a proper travel dock, and a commitment to bring in third party games.

I think by the end of 2018 we will see if they are going to fix where they have gone wrong since the n64.
