Last week after 10 months and 5 hearings, the SF Sunshine Ordinance Task Force (SOTF) ruled in my favor 6-1 that the Arts Commission violated the Brown Act when it held secret hearings at which the Arts Commission created new policies in the Street Artist Program including new policies that illegally amend a ballot measure.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!!

Would someone link me to the thread that, I assume, would make this OP make sense?

It's much more than about me finally getting a break in life.

It's about exposing that the City of San Francisco deliberately ignored the will of the people which is a cornerstone of the democratic process when the Arts Commission held secret meetings and illegally amended a ballot measure.

This is a can of worms that the Arts Commission didn't want opened.

Are street artist the ones that spray paint shite and then call it art? Or are they the artist like in the french quarter that paint and do quality work that leaves when they leave?

QTG, if it wasn't for my brother and me, there would be no SF Street Artist Program.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did it set you back monetarily to go through the process?

Oh, I’m sure it’s monumental and will be the subject of study for years to come.

Just glad The Man didn’t get one over on you again.
