Best weather App for smartphone?

The preloaded weather app for the iPhone just ain’t cutting it. I am looking for an app that would give daily, if not hourly, forecasts (including percent chance of rain by the hour) including easy access to radar. I am also looking for one where you could have a home city, but also have several other cities loaded like the current iPhone weather app. Thanks

Raindar is awesome for strictly radar.

Get Twitter and follow your local NWS account.
Most accurate weather you will find.

I have 3 on my phone. The Weather Channel, WAFB weather (local weather) and the Weather Underground app. I am not sure what you looking for, but I look at the WAFB app and if it shows something like.. there is a 90% chance of rain in the forecast, I check the other apps to see what they forecast.

Weather wise all I want to know is if its going to rain, for that I use Raindar.

If you are looking for an app that is pretty accurate specifically for 3 hr Windows, RainAware is your app

Every phone with app capabilities is a smartphone. You can just say "best ____ app for my phone" and we'll know what you mean.
