If 10 Dems would vote for the tax bill they would be permanent. The Byrd rule requires they be temporary because the Dems are the party of no.

Your anger is misplaced. Look to your own party as the reason they aren't permanent cuts.

Perhaps don't laugh it up at others for being chucks who are being conned when you are clearly ignorant of the procedure.
