It's just absurd. I love the game, but I see why people are checking out.

That’s what I thought too. Why do all the one handed dives at the pylons count but not that play?

It broke the plain, simple td
Refs helped pats again

I don't think it's helping the Pats as much as the catch rules and explanation of said rules are horrific.

Pretty soon you'll have to go to the sidelines with the ball to be a complete pass.

It moved with his hand in between the ball and the ground
This is what I hate about the rule.
He had complete control, made a move and stretched it across the goal line. Play should be over right there
But becuase he bobbled it when he hit he ground, no catch. BS. He crossed the plane with control.

He catches it then goes to a knee and stretches for the line. I am honestly so confused.

Can someone please explain the rule?
Posted on 12/17/17 at 6:26 pm to tgr4ever
Well dang we should never have fumbles because they should all be ruled incompletions according to it moved.
Seems like he caught it before the goal line then turned and had a knee down while stretching the ball out when it moved.

No one can explain the rule it’s completly subjective and changes every other call.

it's called getting "dezzed"

How has this rule not been changed? No one likes it.

If that's not a catch, I have no idea what the hell is.
How do you stretch the ball out over the line without possession? How is that not a football move?

He had already broken the plane dumbass. It is a TD the moment it crosses the plane.
