Lane's obviously a talented coach but he must have some kind of personality or mood disorder. I think as far as knowing the game of football he's probably one of the 20 best coaches in football and he's coaching at a bottom 50% job, seemingly because of his personality.

I think Lane became self aware that the internet loved him and now he's taking it way over the top. It's going to be hilarious when he gets another power 5 job and it goes the same way as the first 2 he had.
