In no particular order:
Futurama: Jurrassic Bark
Fresh Prince: How come he don’t want me?
Friday Night Lights: Saracen buries his father

Mine have already been said.
Man, Jurassic Bark just hits me right in the feels. At least I felt kind of good after Luck of the Fryish and the Bee one. (even though the movies tried to show that Seymour lived a full life)
The Dr. Cox scene in scrubs was just brutal. To see him break so quickly when he finally realized that his BiL was dead.
The Fresh Prince scene made me just love Mr. Phil so much more. Especially when you think of how many kids have their fathers walk out on them and don't have someone like Phil in their lives (and I ain't talking about the money)

That was tough. Radar looking through the door while Hawkeye is doing surgery. I was a little kid and I still remember it to this day.
ETA: I remember watching the last episode of Family Ties, 'Alex doesn't live here anymore,' with my family when I was about to graduate HS and leave for college as the oldest son. It was tough to watch.

These both got me pretty good, Community because I binged the series and wasn't ready for it to end, and the scene from The Shield was just flat out brutal.
Honorable Mention:
Where the frick is Wallace!

It's the episode when Garrison has a sex change. The doctor says: If people could just see a sex change they'd see how natural it is. Then they show a real life actual sex change.
yep
i couldn't believe they actually showed it.

Red Wedding in GOT and Hank being killed in BB have to be my top 2.

Finally, i was wondering what the "“How come he don’t want me man?”" was from and now I rememebr that episode. Damn that was rough.
This is something:
The Futurama episode with his dog
My Personal favorite is a tie between Scrubs with Dr. Cox losing all his patients (Which is based on a true story by the way) and the entire episode where his friend is actually dead and you dont realize until the end.

ER had a couple during its peak.
“It’s Not Easy Being Greene”. Mother goes into eclampsia and for some reason in this massive hospital ER docs have to do the c section.
There is another episode where a guy is going into heart failure while on the transplant list. Heart gives out. Scenes where his daughter (8 or 9) stops Dr Greene in the room “why don’t you fix him”. End of the episode he crawls into bed with his own wife and kid and cries.

Others not mentioned that make my wife sob.
Pam chasing down Michael in the airport to say goodbye.
The April having a baby flash forward in the series finale of parks & rec.
And for gutwrenching. Sil killing ardiana on the sopranos.

i avoid Jurassic Bark at all costs
there was a scene on ER early on (looks like 2nd episode) where an elderly man was singing a farewell song to his dying wife. complete punch in the gut
