Free Updated NOPSI Cookbook Download

NOPSI is(was) New Orleans Public Service Inc. - the power company. They used to include a sheet of local recipes with the monthly bill. This is a 225 page compilation of them. Good New Orleans homestyle stuff in there.

When I was still going to garage sales, I would find copies of this cookbook for 50 cents. I would buy extra copies to give away, so I still have 2 hard copies. I see they're selling for $40 a pop on Amazon.
I also bought the NOPSI source pamphlets at a garage sale. Somebody had dutifully collected them and put them in a binder.
At one time, this was a free hard copy cookbook from Entergy. Later, they donated the rights to the United Way, which sold them as a download for $20.
