If you read the article the advocate (I think) ran on Guice last year, you'd be rooting for the guy to go early. No reason to stay.

Who knows, maybe Fournette has told him that going to a place like Jacksonville isn't all that great, and he gets a sense that he will go to a bad city this draft.

Do you watch the NFL at all? I'm sure Fournette is highly regretting getting paid millions, living in Florida, tearing it up in the NFL....oh yeah, all while playing on a team that's 6-3.

I know: don't pass up millions, but he's going to make millions either way.

ask Marcus Lattimore whether he thinks that's a wise course of action

Agreed. It’s worth discussing. I don’t think he’s 100% decided on what he wants to do. There’s so much at stake for a guy like him. The question is, what is his motivation? What drives him? Does he want to be the best ever? He has a shot at it. Or does he want to go pro and make millions now? That one is likely waiting on him either way. But there’s the risk of injury.

I think, in the end, he decides to leaves after this season. But I also believe he’s considering staying.

zero percent chance Guice stays. Too many of you guys are thinking and hoping with your heart instead of your head.

Unfortunately there will be about 500 more of these threads between now and the time they declare, saying how Key and Guice should return.

You can maybe make an argument for some of the others...but these two have been gone after this season since their freshman season.

They’re both from the ghetto

Making millions in ANY metro area is awesome compared to their upbringing.

Even McCaffrey skipped his senior season *and* the bowl game.

You don't need to be from the ghetto to realize running backs have a very short shelf life and you gotta get paid while you can.

To the person saying a family in BR is financially supporting him, that’s great and all but how does that happen? Isn’t that a violation of NCAA rules? I mean, I know those rules are broken everyday but if you know then it must not be much of a secret.

Time in the league for rob is short. DG needs to go make some bank. Be glad he chose to stay home. Super inspired by what he accomplished from a rough situation. MUCH RESPECT. Wish him well

Do you really think LSU has a legitimate shot a winning a national championship next year man? Think about that for a second as a neutral fan.

He's a running back that really hasn't had tooooo much mileage with a chance at being a 1st round pick. He's gone and should be.

He needs to go pro after this season. It's better to never end up a tragic figure like Marcus Lattimore who was seriously injured his last season at USCe and never had a pro career

Maybe.

See Michael Oher at Ole Miss.

It's a grey area.
