I use green. Adds a nice, acidic "pop" to a standard sauce piquant.

why do some pics on here show up as pics and other times show up as links to the pics? is it just me?

I made this for the first time tonight. I'd never had a Sauce Piquant before (I live in CA). It was absolutely delicious. My roommate even came back for seconds.

Definitely going in the rotation.

Use turtle instead of chicken. It doesnt get any better.

When I posted it back in November the images showed up correctly. Not sure what changed.

After a while, the site quits automatically loading the image and just displays the URL. I can only surmise that Chicken is in some sort of dire financial trouble and not using the bandwidth is a cost saving measure along with putting water in an almost empty bottle of shampoo to make more shampoo and rinsing and reusing toilet paper.
