What's near it? Can it fall on a house, street?

In the middle of a field, $50. Between two electrical transmission lines and a house, significantly more.

Is there a structure within the fall zone?

No offense but you got raped.
I just had 3 very large all within distance of hitting my house cut down. All 3 had to be pieced down and all hauled off for 1100 bucks by a licensed and insured arborist.

I recently had a large pine tree taken down, probably around that height but maybe 3 ft in diameter.. I got lucky, it was fairly close to a power line so Entergy took it down for free. All quotes i got prior to Entergy were $1200-1500 to take it down, grind the stump, and haul it away. Entergy wouldn't haul it though, since it's not in their right of way.

probably so but it was immediately after a hurricane, was completely rotted inside, and would have destroyed my house if it fell over. fwiw, it was probably the height of OP's tree but diameter might have been double it.
