I'm guessing he doesn't have to.

you mean they weren't regular visitors to KD or Chi O?

How do you know Boozie wasn't dating a DG? He might have been slumming back then.

No joke, I'd be surprised if more than a handful of KDs and Chi Os knew Phi Delt existed. It's amazing the bubble those girls live in. They don't even know who is on campus outside of their favorite couple of fraternities.

Boozie, if you were dating a DG, I hope you have reconciled with the Lord and have become a new man.

.495... didn't know they released the actual number.

I don't think you can get there by simple drinking. He had to be funneling liquor. I don't know if funneling beer can get you there.

Does it look like any of those goobers in the pictures are fricking anybody??

I told you, these were always the guys who didn’t get bids anywhere else so they joined together to make their own fraternity. At least Teke had the decency to hide in the shadows. These fricking clowns thought they were hot shite.

If a guy dies from alcohol poisoning from drinking too much, can his friends that drank with him and encouraged him to do shot after shot all night, be arrested for negligent homicide?

I ask because, if this kid wasn't tied up and forced to drink against his will, its still his choice to not do the things they want him to do. Pledges quit fraternities all the time. Where is the personal accountability?

This board is so bipolar it's amazing, yet I got shite on.
exact same thing I said

He's an adult that drank under his own free will. Its tragic, but its not a crime IMO.

No. He was an 18 year old who was directed to drink shots of Everclear every time he missed a chapter trivia question by the actives in charge. It's 190 proof grain alcohol. After two shots he's well on his way to being drunk. After 4? 6? Who knows. This was not social, casual drinking.

I am a huge proponent of personal responsibility when drinking - I love Louisiana's laws that protect bartenders - but this is a different situation. Shooting Everclear can make you go from stone-cold sober to comatose in a much quicker time span than drinking too many gin & tonics. Whoever thought this was a good idea deserves to think about it for 7 years in prison.

You'd puke everything you've got before you could even sniff that high of a BAC chugging beer.
