18 Wheeler Wreck on Basin..any info? (pics of fire)

Pretty sure I saw somebody die this morning but I hope he is ok. A few people had stopped but there wasn't anything you could really do. Does anybody have any info on this?? It happened on the Basin Bridge at the Butte LaRose exit. He had hit the rail getting off the exit.

Why is there such an increase in 18 wheeler crashes? Texting? Do those dumbasses need more training and restrictions?? frick... seems like every other day these clowns shut down I-10.
