For that to happen LSU has to lose so therefore YOU WANT LSU TO LOSE!!
When was the last time Miles had a losing season at LSU. Did not stop most of you tards wanting him fired since his first season because he was not Saban.
You fired the winningest coach in LSU history of a guy that was fired from Ole Miss for gross incompetence. Listen to him in press conferences, he does not know how to manage a major program.

TD: It is not a coincidence that a fan of an opposing team is one of the biggest O-pushers on here.

Nope. Pull for LSU every game. Just obvious that my support won't always matter much because the program has dropped off considerably. Don't worry, O's flaws as a coach will take care of his tenure here- sooner or later.

Alabama is the reason why 85% of our fan base bitch..Inferiority complex. Little brother syndrome. Still in love with Nick Saban.

And Nicky lost to ULM at Bama. I wish to hell Bama would have fired him!!

I like coach O, I have always been a supporter of coach O. He's a great recruiter and a great story about a man making the most of a second chance in life.
He's just not a good head coach and I really wanted him to be one.
So no

I'm an O hater and here's what I'll say. Lsu is def gonna win 2 more sec games and maybe even 3 to be 3-5 or 4-4 in a mediocre sec. And it will be inspite of coach 0.
So when LSU wins he deserves no credit, but when LSU loses he deserves all blame?
Got it.

Alabama is the reason I'm unhappy LSU hired the worst coach in Ole Miss's miserable history? A man that Syracuse turned down for their head job? A man who, as LSU's interim, lost every toss-up and won every game he was supposed to win? A man with a fricking restraining order against him? Alabama is the fricking reason?

I'll take a loss for the greater good, if it means change is made, we improve as a program, and we see many winning seasons for years to come.
Come at me, you short-sighted haters.

My "agend" will live longer than CEO, fact.
He's just a coach and not the heartbeat of this team. I don't want LSU to lose because at the end of his contract, he will be gone... no doubt in my mind. He was a bandaid to the miles firing debacle. University wanted to save some money and they did.

It's really not complicated. He's not going to build a championship program. We want someone who will. I will root for LSU every game either way.

Can't wait for the next "Mornin Everybody" tweet's replies. DP can still EAD, he shouldn't be anywhere near my alma mater's program.

Yes, Alabama...Every year Les Miles was judged on beating Alabama. Our fans didn't care if the team went 11-1, lose to Alabama and the season is a waste. Inferiority complex.

No, I want LSU to win games in spite of O. O's incompetence isn't at all masked by success.
Today's win, if anything, showed that talent alone made the difference. Both coaches are trash and should be shown the door at the end of the season.

Orgeron is a cartoon character, a troglodyte who shouldn't have the job. He will prove to be an absolute failure. I never pull for LSU to lose, but I know they will under Orgeron. I want us to win. I know we won't with Orgeron as the coach. Simple, really.
Posted on 10/7/17 at 8:46 pm to calcotron
Exactly. 8-9 wins was the expectation coming into the year by most reasonable people. I'm not interested in this ever changing narrative to justify what we've seen so far. I'm glad the team won today, but I still don't think Orgeron is the answer. I think people saying anyone is hoping the team loses is confusing expectations with preferences.

quote:I want LSU to win 14 games every year. Unlike you, I am intelligent enough to realize Zero has zero chance of ever achieving that goal. The only legal way to make sure Zero isn't the coach is for LSU to lose. So, while I will continue to root for the Tigers to win, when they lose, it won't hurt quite as badly since it's another nail in Zero's coffin.
You want LSU to lose games
With all of that in mind, if losses are the only way to get rid of Zero, then I'd rather have it be short and sweet. I fear that Zero will get his shite together just enough to stretch out his stint at LSU for several seasons--after which the ship will be capsized, and it will require another Saban or Miles to restore the program to its prominence.
Zero could legitimately inflict a decade or more of mediocrity on us. Like the Archer/Hallman/DiNardo debacle.
