And others terribly awkward?

Upper body pressing movements feel very positive. Not that I'm really lifting a lot of weight, I really enjoy doing benches or shoulder presses. Pretty much anything that uses triceps, I feel like I'm good at them.

Upper body pulls are not as comfortable. I HATE pull-ups with a passion, but I still do them. I may be starting to get a little better at rows, though.

I've always been weak and bad at squats. Its hard for me to focus on the entire movement at once. I see people of all sizes and sexes squatting numbers that I can't imagine.

Deadlifts are kind of a neutral ground. My from could maybe be tweaked a bit, but the lift feels ok.

Bench press has easily been the most comfortable as I grasped the concept way before squat, deadlift, and overhead press. However, deadlift is my favorite.

Squats are for me. I don't know if it is from baseball days or what but, nothing gives me a better work out high than a good round of squats.

Deadlifts are just pure buttery smooth for me. Really any pulling movement.

Barbell pressing is incredibly hard for me at times. The bench is just not a natural lift for me. I am working hard to correct this. Dumbbell pressing on the other hand feels good.

Squats, I'm not sure of. I remember my first year under the bar at like 14 years old, squats were scary and awkward. I've done it so many times and so many variations at this point it just happens. I think once I mastered the overhead squat, thats when I got comfortable.

Leg extensions. Always loved them. Light with high reps or heavy with les reps. Always enjoyed them.

Always enjoyed the feeling of getting off the machine to shot legs. This can be done with squats or snatches or presses too. But other parts of my body always hurt too. Extensions were purely quads. “Will my quads hold me up?” Always enjoy that after a good leg day.

Upper body was always preacher curls. WITH a good rack in place for failure. And hammer curls. You know when you’ve made your biceps sore (not injured) you’ve done something. Lol

Squatting and deadlifts I'd say.

Bent over Rows? Just kill me. I just can't get these right no matter matter what I do.

High-bar backsquat is way less comfortable for me than any of squat variation I can think of, for me. Don't know why, but low-bar, front-squat, overhead, goblet, etc etc are all way more natural feeling for me.

Even though I do other Olympic lifts, I have abandoned high-bar for low bar simply for comfort. Being more comfortable with it allows me to go lower as well.

Power clean has always been my go-to.

I look like a retard doing snatch though.

Pressing movements for sure. Overhead presses, etc. Very easy for me.

I struggle with deadlifts because my form gets out of wack very easily.
