Funny, my niece's class is trying to do something kinda sorta similar. She's a 9th grader and evidently their class is in charge of the decoration at a dance that's been themed 'America'. They wanted a life size cut out of Trump, then they found out how much their homeroom teacher hates him. So in my niece's words 'we really want one now'.

I’m just going to go out on a limb and assume that the kids have had to hear from her about how bad Trump is, how racist he is, etc. and are just responding. She can dish it out but can’t take it.
ETA- Maybe she should take a job in the inner city where she’ll have to worry about much more than this.
