Boston seems to be the front runner, tbh.

Not familiar with that area. Why would it be bad for them to decide on DeKalb county?

That section of DeKalb County is a shithole. North DeKalb (basically everything above Decatur and Druid Hills) is nice though.

I'm hearing Austin is front runner.

Like the other poster said, it's a shite hole. If they're coming to Atlanta I would imagine it would be in North Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett Counties. I could possible see Henry or Douglas County. I would rule Clayton and DeKalb out.

Isn't this place that has an ordinance requiring every household to own a gun?

Boston, Dallas, and Austin are all my favorites for this. I'll be very surprised if it is not one of these three.

Soulcrest, huh? Glad I'm not a big Amazon shopper. God help you if their employee pool consists of the citizenry of DeKalb, Rockdale, Newton counties. You'll be buying a 12 pack of Country Time Lemonade only to end up w/ 11.

Yeah, stonecrest is going to be where all these people want to work. at least give them props for being creative and trying.

No, that's Kennesaw, Ga in Cobb County which would be a great location for it.

Jockeying and front runner are two totally different conversations. There's a lot of places jockeying right now.

I feel like ATL meets all of their criteria except everything where there is space OTP kinda sucks

There is plenty of post industrial space on Atlanta's exploding ITP west side, including in the area where Amazon just opened a distribution center. I don't know if they're interested in that, but that seems like the best obvious ITP location to me unless they're going to push forward with some downtown/Gulch option
