Rumors since Friday -a 10th grader - very nondescript- has been making comments about shooting up a school for a long time to a friend. Then Sunday a text message started going around implicating him and a 9th grade girl as discussing how they would make bombs and shoot up the school. They did in fact turn off the air because he had threatened a gas attack. The kids were sending out hilarious memes about the AC and " where the legacy of BRMHS continues" and stuff.
The whole school basically knew about it before class. Texts were flying around. The principal apparently made a vague announcement. Kids were getting checked out. The boy and his parents were called in and met with the police. The girl got called in as well. The boy was expelled. Dont know about the girl .

Guy I went to high school with called in a bomb threat. Expelled as a senior. Dropped a bomb down the sewer vent on an abortion clinic and blew himself off the roof.
Did a few years in prison. Apparently liked it because he's now a prison guard.

Naw, not a nerd. A nerd would use an open source word processing app/program like OpenOffice and would have encrypted the file.

Just spoke to a family member whose child attends BRHMS. Kid said a boy brought a gun to school.

It's true . I had a tugboat company. But until I owned a fleet of cargo vessels which I personally manufactured I was not yet a magnate and my kids were not allowed in . With my third billion, my kids were accepted at Baton Rouge Magnate High School. Gotta have OT money .

I went to BRHS many years ago and a kid did set off a pipe bomb during class. Blew up a locker.
