Goddamit. It didn't have to be a Les vs O decision.

But to answer your question- I would take a national championship coach over the worst coach in Ole Miss history.

I would have fired Alleva before Miles, and then fired Miles.

Are you basically asking me if I would trade Miles for Orgeron?

The answer is no. I'd gladly take an 8-4 season with crappy QB play over what we're about to witness the next 8 weeks.

Now would I still have fired Miles in 2015 if we were going to commit to an actual coaching search. Absolutely.

You do NOT fire miles UNLESS you have a proven HC lined up. Or do a real search and get one! miles needed to go but with all his faults the man would get his 8 wins. That is coming from me a anti miles guy!

8 wins? we will have a losing season with Ogre let that sink in.

Knowing what we know today,
We should have fired Alleva and let a new AD hire the new coach.

Miles needed to go, but Alleva and Fking screwed things up so bad the cynical part of me thinks it had to be intentional.

I would never fire miles for ed fricking orgeron. I agree it was time for miles to go but for a proven winner not this disaster.
