For my house, set at 67 makes it actually feel cold.

Ironically, 69 makes my house feel cold

I can't sleep if thermostat is any higher than 70

You must be old or a woman.

I keep ours at 77 during the day and 74 at night. Plenty cool enough with fans and doors closed.

I do 76 during the day and 75 at night. And I have to sleep with a blanket. My wife has adjusted but I turn it down for guests.

Ours feels too cool lower than 71. Running 75 unoccupied, and 73 when we are home.
My 2 units have variable speed air handlers that run the fans a little without the compressor on. They remove a lot of moisture, keeping a lower humidity. Also have 10 and 12ft ceilings.

We are "adjusting" to 72 with humidity below 48%.
69 to 70 is fine. 67 to 68 is on the edge of brrrr...
Best thing we did was purchsse a 70 pint dehumIdifier. Amazing what lower humidity will do!!!

keep mine on 77. people say it's hot, but feels like the perfect temp to me. i just don't see the point in having a cold house.
if you think about the fact that they didn't have a/c not too long ago, i think 77 is a reasonable temperature. if you can't get comfortable with that temp, there's something wrong with you, not me.
but to answer the question, 72 feels cold and uncomfortable

Why even change it? You might as well keep it 75. The units not working any harder for that 1 degree.
