Never saw them as "sacrifices," but instead as changes in lifestyle. I realized that as my kids got older, things would continue to change.
And that's what happened...I am back to doing many of the things I did before kids. But to be honest, I'm happiest spending time with my kids.

A new car. Before kids started school I always paid cash for a new car every three years. now my car is ten years old.

personal space
-a clean house
-a clean vehicle
Less sexy time
Homework headaches
More worrying about the future

I think the only real sacrifice I have made being a parent is alone time with the Mrs. That's the only real thing I miss. When we get the rare date night or weekend alone, it's nice and we have a really great time. It's just short lived and we are quickly slapped back into reality when the boys get home.

I’m 37 now, and the feeling comes and goes. If circumstances were better, I would want to try to get pregnant now. As it is, I’m not sure things will be ideal before I’m too old. We’ll see. I think I can be happy either way, but I know I won’t regret it if I do have a child.

Ha. I’ll keep that in mind.

I make kids that aren't very smart but they make up for it with their good looks

My 23andme results indicate my genetic muscle composition is common in elite power athletes. I owe it to LSU Football to have a future elite athlete between my height & superior muscle genes.

Deals off....no way my kid is playing for coach yaw yaw

I don’t even dislike him, but if he’s still coaching in 20 years, we have far bigger problems.

The ability to just pick up and do something without getting the little one all packed with you.
Wife and I will take weekend trips without our kid and it's pretty strange just to pick up and do whatever you need to do. Whether that's go to the store, go to a movie, bar, etc.
That kind of stuff used to feel normal. Now normal is going through a large checklist for you and the kid everywhere you go.

What are the biggest sacrifices you have had to make as a parent?
So nothing, no 'sacrifice".
You should know that when you make children that they'll require time, effort, and money.
I did.
It was better than I thought it would be.

Huge investment in time and money.
Grateful.
So much love.
So many lessons.
A blessing.
