frick it, why don't we all drink beer and start a fight club and then all will be well with the world. People should just beat the crap out of each other more often and then drink a beer together. Would solve 57% of the world's problems.

No, what is happening in Portland is that there aren't any black gangs. The majority of gangs are white, duh, so with the lack of white gangs, there are no thugs running the streets in Portland. We all know black people aren't involved in gangs, but rather working, raising their children, and paying taxes.
