Kaepernick is the reason for NFL's decline.......Pro-Kaepernick Boycott is reason?
“The boycotts ask: How can a league sell entertainment to Black audiences, when the Black men playing in it aren’t truly allowed to have a voice?,” writes Tines. He points to a statement made by the vice president of Atlanta’ NAACP, Gerald Giggs, who in August said “There will be no football in the state of Georgia if Colin Kaepernick is not on a training camp roster and given an opportunity to pursue his career. This is not a simple request. This is a statement. This is a demand.”
He says Giggs’ statement led to others, including a “#NoKaepernickNoNFL petition on Change.org started by 32-year-old Vic Oyedeji, [which] has grabbed more than 175,000 signatures to boycott the league.

The PC-ing of Monday Night Football isn't gonna help their ratings

Shitty football isn't the reason for it?

Seriously, why put this shite on this board?
Put it on poli or msb.

I don't think it has much to do with the boycott.
The game has just gotten fricking boring with all the damn penalties for physical contact. Nobody wants to watch flag football

I just want a good GD TV crew. I don't give a rip if the guy/girl is black, white, asian, or Latino.
Call a good game, provide great insight....and shut the frick up with the political commentary

So there are two guys there kneeling with that guy (hate to bring attention to his name). From my research they are both still under contract with, employed by, and working for the 49er's.
So if that guy not having a job is really about the kneeling then why do the other kneelers have a job???? I'm confused....do black people just not see this. Also have they not seen that guy play QB...he sucks.

I couldn't care less what political, sexual, or religious beliefs these athletes have. What it comes down to for me is the quality of the product on the field is severely diminished compared to years past.

The NFL has been almost unwatchable the last 5-7 years

The author ignores the fact that ratings started to tank last season

Not really I'd just prefer to keep his name out of my mouth....you can use it if you want. It's not like some Harry Potter shite.....you are over analyzing this.
