In that game, we should be thankful our defense spent the majority of the time on the field.
It was the only way we had a chance to score.

Yeah boy, bring on those awesome DT's with quick feet that can't throw the football.

Just to show that he was contained for the majority of the night. He averaged ~2.2ypc outside of those three plays, but looking at the overall stat line it would seem he averaged a solid 6.0ypc all night.
He did average 6. That's how averages work. The stats are what they are, no need to try to sugar coat them.

The only concern is youth. Adams, Tre White, Duke and Beckwith were all very fundamentally sound tacklers. We have players that can be as good if not better in White, Delpit, Greedy and our other ILBs, but they haven't been truly tested yet. I think they will get better as the game progresses, but there may be a few missed tackles, poor angles and out of position plays as the young guns get battle tested.
I do predict that by the end of the season this defensive unit will exceed last season in turnovers, tackles for loss and sacks (if Key returns to form).

Beau, you bumbling retarded idiot, I'm not worried about the scheme, I'm worried about the youth on defense playing the scheme.
