I love Hammond, I did 5 years of school in Hammond and continue to go back. It reminds of many emerging small towns. They have a nice local set up down town now but for people that like to do more it will suck.
Not as hillbilly as people want you to believe, especially since I can go into clubs into BR and NO and find the same types.
