Not one to mince words, Old Hickory.
quote:
source of this interest has been Buchanan's close and intimate relationship with William Rufus King (who became Vice President under Franklin Pierce). The two men lived together in a Washington boardinghouse for 10 years from 1834 until King's departure for France in 1844. King referred to the relationship as a "communion",[92] and the two attended social functions together. Contemporaries also noted the closeness. Andrew Jackson called them "Miss Nancy" and "Aunt Fancy"

America was better when someone could be gay in their own life and no one gave a frick.
Too many people looking for something to be offended about. On both sides.

King was one of the biggest slave owners at the time in Alabama and gay so what do liberals do with him?

This is a well known, but ignored, part of history because it doesn't fit well with the narrative.

Not really anything to see here. Such relations were common between men in those times. People try to use a similar arrangement to call Lincoln a queer. I doubt you could get the statement out of your mouth before he knocked you cold.

He was the original Gump.

Gay people have been around for a long time. But they worked hard and acted like normal men instead of whining and acting like women

He looked pretty gay.
Figures a gay guy would be our worst president.
