What's crazy is that Louisville hung 63 on Florida St. I know they had injuries toward the end of the season, but still, were that that much worse?

I could take them seriously after what Kentucky did to them.

Fwiw, Johnny manziel looked like dog shite against us to. Are we saying that he sucked in college as well?

Take away Evans making circus catches for him, and yea he wasn't near as good in college as people like to believe. He was a pretty easy bust to spot.

You're talking about the same company who removed an asian commentator from the UVA game this year because his name is Robert Lee.

Who cares.

there are a ton of "beasts" in college football. LJ is a street baller at heart. Any disciplined defense will give him fits.........see last year. His competition level is crap. He's a great player, deserves merit for last year, but lets wait and see

Thier business is to get people to watch, so pumping up a player who can be very very exciting to watch is kind of their job. Do you really expect ESPN to come out and say oh yeah due to the last 4 games Lamar Jackson is total crap.

If we had a better offense last season, our defense would have been better rested and finished #1 or #2. We had a filthy defense last season.

I'm not sure what you're seeing. The Hype around Darnold is much bigger than Lamar. Lamar was even put on the 2nd team All American list.

You guys can't use one guys take and say "Oh ESPN is overrating Lamar"

Outside of losing to USM in the opener & being blown out by UF & Alabama. Kentucky wasn't a complete shite team last year.

Furthermore, Louisville had numerous injuries by the end of the season. It's kind of funny how some of you pick in choose whether or not injuries play a role in different scenarios.

My god what? He wasn't that great of a QB. He greatly benefitted from an elite WR.

What should make us worry ... the Heisman winner and an excellent quarterback was shut down when his OL was ineffective.

How much more will this affect Danny Etling?
