Despite the fact that it's only preseason, when teams move there's usually a certain buzz around a team's first game in a new stadium. The Los Angeles Chargers' move, however, has been controversial from the jump. For their preseason opener on Sunday night, 21,054 fans went to the StubHub Center (which has a capacity of 27,000) to see the Chargers get routed by the Seahawks. For comparison, the Los Angeles Galaxy of the MLS had 25,667 in attendance the previous night.

Preseason, but still. This is a disaster

Fans dont want the soccer gayness rubbing off

They're going to regret that move.
It's one thing for the LA fans to get up for the Rams, but trying to support both teams is going to be tough.

The LA galaxy game was meaningless too because they are dogshit this year.

Chargers to San Antonio

Still absolutely insane to me that an NFL team will be playing in a stadium that size.

the thing is there are a lot of charger fans in LA. this shouldnt be going this horribly. its amazing how badly the organization fricked this move up
Posted on 8/14/17 at 1:30 pm to ChunkyLover54
Yea, that move was moronic. LA doesn't need two football teams.

Only one team should've went to Los Angeles and that team is the Raiders

Heyy 78% capacity for a pre season game!!

if any one team is going to be in LA, its the rams
Posted on 8/14/17 at 1:35 pm to ChunkyLover54
It looked like 70% seahawks jerseys

You guys do realize that virtually all seats belong to season ticket holders? It means that about 3/4 of season ticket holders attended. Obviously, some put up their tickets up for sale and it did not sell, but I would safely bet that most of those open seats were owned and unused cause it is the preseason.

Jerry Jones will never allow a team in SA.
Just ask Tom Benson.

moving 2 teams to los angeles, 2 teams in new york.
Raiders in Las Vegas to L.A. is just as close as Dallas to San Antonio.

Only 9 points back and have a game in hand. They still have a chance.
