I don't think the Vale Lords would ever give LF any benefit of the doubt if they knew about this. Additionally they'd just tell Jon about it, and then he'd have LF's head immediately.
In the ensuing chaos that scene was, it wouldn't shock me if not many people noticed LF putting the knife to Ned's throat. By the time Ned drops his sword, 3 members of the City Watch could have already been up on them. Could have taken less than 5 seconds.

There was one released a couple months ago of the same shot, this one it seems it just touched up more with a slightly different angle and some added background visuals

His quote to Sansa about all things happening at once in your mind...everyone is your friend, everyone is your enemy...those lines make me think he's got something deep and dark working to eff everytthing up for Sansa and Jon. It also was a very Bran-esque quote and was quickly trumped by the Bran/Sansa reunion. I think he was definitely trying to let her know he was up to something though.

here's a pic with both of them.
You can clearly see Rose Leslie has superior facial feature. Her chin line is impeccable while Emilia Clark has a 2nd chin going. You don't see in all her pics but you do see them at the right angle. At the same time you see a break in the cheek line as it approaches her chin.
Bodywise, Emila has more meat. But Rose is taller.

It's a push/pull theory. Dany seemed too powerful at the end of S6. People thought she will steam roll WEsteros. So show runners did opposite by slowing her down by "balancing of the power" between Cersei and Dany. Now that Cersei has the momentum and Dany "losing", but show runners will flip the switch and let Dany win eventually.

what was offputting to me is that bran chose, of all the things he's seen and knows, to tell sansa he saw her on her wedding night/rape by ramsey
