It lacks everything creative and everything that makes a movie successful. The Emoji Movie asks for your money so bad they had to literally do the impossible. New low for the year and possibly for the rest of this decade. The crew behind this embarrassment that you call a movie will probably regret working on this a few years later when comes that time. If you give this movie your money, you should feel ashamed of yourself.

You have a serious vendetta against this movie. It really offends you.

The way it sounds, it should offend anyone who likes movies.

I just don't think about it enough to be offended.

I kind of wonder if it is going to be in that so bad it's entertaining sort of area. I'll probably never find out though.

It's a non-ironic total celebration of the downfall of humanity and tells kids this is a good thing. It also is a blind rip-off of the Lego Movie, Inside Out, and especially Wreck-It Ralph. I read the synopsis, and Disney should without question sue.

WALL-E warned us directly about this movie and just destroys everything it stands for. It was completely brilliant and ahead of its time. This says "hey guys we're totally fricked from common decency and original ideas". Look at this scene and how WALL-E looks at it with horror, while this movie decides this bullshite of consumerism, unoriginality, and living in a screen is a good thing: LINK

Poster insists that TJ Miller will be giving out handjobs in 5 years on the corner of Hollywood Blvd after throwing everyone he's ever worked with under the bus.

If only this smartphone-centric dud, so happy to hawk real-world apps to its audience, could have done the same in its release strategy - coming out via Snapchat, where it would vanish shortly after arrival. But even that wouldn't be fast enough.

Eh. Cast and crew know that a movie will be garbage when they sign on. Nobody was doing this for a Golden Globe or to fulfill some artistic integrity. They do it to CDC - cash dat check

I think the first critic summed it up best with "Hear that? It's the end of the world."

The thing is TJ Miller quit Silicon Valley to star in this piece of shite. Jimmy Kimmel busted his balls on starring on this and said he's ruining his career.

Angry Birds has at least the most basic semblance of a plot. I haven't seen it, but from what I've seen I think it's more than just bird and pig puns.

The Emoji Movie though I'm going to put the over/under on number of shite jokes at 40. Emojis serve no real purpose but to hook up on Tinder. It also looks with fondness and nostalgia that we've sacrificed ourselves to our phones. It's bullshite.

I don't know if any of that is true, nor do I care. This is a weird hill to die on though.
