Anyone else just happy to be done with the Harris or Jennings QB talk?

Listening to Miles' bullshite about both QB's gave me optimism every time but come football season they always shite the bed. Just glad that era is over. Not saying that couldn't happen this year, but something feels different about Etling.

THEIR era is over. The Etling/Brennan/Narcisse era is just beginning. Hell many on this board were screaming for Lindsey Scott last year.

I mean Harris had real promise and his stats were identical to Etling's last year but people give him more shite than he deserve. I think he was put in a situation that was not ideal for his skill set. If Harris does well at UNC then we know that Miles once again squandered talent.

IDK, without doing a poll, I would say it's likely there is a larger percentage of folks on tRant that are not confident that Etling has what it takes to get this team to the next level.
I think with the right coaching, scheme and talent around him, Etling can succeed, but I also thought Harris was going to make that jump in develop as well so what do I know?

Whether it was JJ, Harris, or Jennings, I am glad to see them out of the picture. JJ never had it nor did Jennings. Harris, I wasn't crazy about but will give him the benefit of the doubt given that he was saddled with Cameron and Miles. Hopefully he does better at his new place.

They're real QB's and not Glorified Running Backs/Athletes that can't accurately throw the football, read defenses or learn a playbook.
We already have athletes with quick feet that can rust fast with a football in their hands. They're called Running Backs.
BTW, Etling wasn't bad last year, but will be greatly improved under Canada tutelage in 2017.
