Honor killing in the near future
Now they're infected with progressivism too.
Good.
frick islam.
This will go over well with true Muslims.
How will progs react when one or both of these men are killed by another Muslim?
why do I get the feeling we will hear about these two again in the near future...dead.
Those guys will soon be base jumping without parachutes.
If they are living in a Muslim neighborhood at least one will be mysteriously killed, possibly during a "mugging".

Answer my question.
It's a rather simple yes or no.
I know you're at least capable of that.

Well, it's rather obvious you are incapable of actually having a conversation.
Carry on with your conspiracy theories.
This entire thread is a conspiracy theory. Goddamn you people are stupid.

I'm not sure that if he's ignored that he will do what most dorks do but it's worth a try.

Yes or no.
Are you not capable of saying yes or no?

If two Muslim women marry, which one gets to legally beat the other under Sharia?

Am I doing it right?
You don't think both of these guys' lives are in danger?
Yes, I'm fearful of all Muslims. I do my patriotic duty and shite my pants in fear daily, right after I check under my bed to make sure they aren't hiding out there.
Am I doing it right, yet?
This is your logic:

This should end well

This thread isn't a good look for TD. TX Tiger seems to be the most rational poster of the lot of you

And why is that? Do you not think those two men are in danger?

I wish them all the luck in the world.
For they will certainly need it.
For they will certainly need it.

Everyone is always in some sort of danger. But that wasn't my first reaction to the story, no.
Even still, that's not what my comment was about. My comment was an observation of the absurdity of calling out TX Tiger for 'not contributing to the conversation' when there was absolutely no conversation being had to begin with. Just a bunch of gut reactions assuming the worst about the lives of 2 people we've never met, living a life that we'll never have any real insight into. We get a 5 sentence blurb from some puff-price article and everyone jumps in here to take their shot at Islam and associate this step forward with suspicion and doubt.
Maybe these two men's lives are in danger. But I can't see how that's the most important take away. And I certainly don't see why anyone who questions that as the primary takeaway is shouted down like a witch in Salem.

And you're missing the point that TX Tiger never contributes to ANY conversation in ANY thread.
His response revolves around "you're all too stupid to understand what's REALLY going on", "The Establishment has you all dancing to their tune", and calling people "sheople."
That's why he got the response he did.
ETA: and what does first reaction have to do with it? I simply asked if you thought those men were in danger for being homosexual, married, and muslim. I don't care how many reactions you have. yes or no? It's not that hard.

I would have to agree that these homos are courageous AF

I'd say that this couple is likely to be in more danger than an arbitrary heterosexual couple, yes. Of course.
I won't go so far to say that their lives are in immediate peril, or that they're destined to get their commupence in the near future, or even that we need be concerned with their safety. I don't know what lives they live, I don't know how sheltered their existence, and I don't know how removed from fundamental Islam they are. All of these things are necessary to know before we can make any sort of actual evaluation into how risky this decision was. But it's all information we don't have.
Do you know who does have that information? The two men who made the decision themselves. They know way more about their lives, way more about the risk they are taking than you ever could. And yet they decided to take that risk because they obviously felt it was worth it. They felt that the benefits simply outweighed the risks.
These two are willing to bear the risk of being publically outed gay Muslim men. So why do you feel the need to belittle that? Why do you feel the need to to hype up only the dangers and the threats from their decision? I'm of the opinion that it says more about you than anyone else

Where did I belittle them? I'm not "hyping" anything.
Congrats on the strawman though I guess?
ETA: What irritates me on this forum is people like you who come in to a thread, ignore the subject of the thread, and instead start criticizing posters' responses to the subject at hand.
That's not discussion, that's being pompous arse.
TX Tiger is famous for it, and here you are as well.

I hope the reception was not at a rooftop bar.

I'll play. In the U.K.? Probably considerably less danger than the ME and only marginally more risk than any other U.K. resident.
