Well, technically the laws passed making it "harder" to vote are equally applied to all citizens. The right (more specifically, the GOP) is just taking advantage of the tendencies of black folks not to make the effort required to meet the eligibility requirements.

Just curious, when a state legislative body reduces the number of days or hours that registered voters can cast ballots prior to the actual election date (as Florida did in 2011), does that make the state more discrimatory against blacks than a state like Connecticut that doesn't allow early voting at all?

All of this is utter bullshite. You (if you are indeed black) are being played and are clearly to basic to see it. Blacks only shake out to around 11% of the total vote with most living in solidly red states. Besides, blacks have id's. The idea that black people dont have id is a fricking joke and you should be ashamed for believing such bullshite while you swallow whole the lie that illegals are not voting. We actually have evidence of the latter, and blue states are denying the presidential commission on voter fraud access to their rolls for that very reason.
