That's ok though. Poche and Lange will take care of business. Don't stress guys.

Regression to the mean suggests we've got this.

None of those series have any bearing on the others. That's like saying roulette has hit red the last 5 so I'm gonna bet black. They are all independent of each other.

Winners of first game lost the series the last two years.

and Oregon State was 56-4

If those announcers said that once, they said it 50 times. Then, immediately after the game they decided to try to boost their ratings with "This thing is far from over, folks. Anything could happen."

SO we're the 29%. I'll take it

Yes and we shouldn't have beaten OSU two out of three. Go tigers!

Thanks I missed that stat the 4,350 times ESPN showed it.

How many of those 71% had the strategy of using johnny wholestaff in their first game and using their best 2 pitchers in their last 2 games. Would love to see that statistic.
We treated this game as a non must win.

OSU won 93% of their games too until Friday and Saturday
Posted on 6/26/17 at 9:51 pm to SelaTiger
Yeah? Well 100% of LSU teams win the championship series
Posted on 6/26/17 at 9:51 pm to PsychTiger
And, according to multi-verse, we lost and we won... at the same time.

What win percentage is 56-4? 93%?
So we faced 7% chances of beating OSU and did it twice.

We're the better hitting team and we saw their 2nd horse. As long as we don't press Tomm I think we put a 6-7 spot Tomm.
