Florida Man Arrested On 10 Counts Of Creepyness... 1 Count Of WTF Mugshot

Deputies said they received information that Benjamin Akers, 51, downloaded the pornography onto his electronic devices while at his home in Winter Park in May. Deputies used a search warrant on Wednesday at his home on Tangerine Avenue.
Authorities said based on statements and evidence found from examining his computer they placed him under arrest. Akers is facing 10 counts of possession of a photo/movie detailing sexual performance of a child. The investigation is ongoing.

I remain happily ignorant on the methods here but when I see "downloaded cp" I think of like actually downloading illegal shite on to your computer storage. But surely they're not this stupid? Or does it more refer to the "downloading" of a Web domain through a browser.
This crossed my mind a while back when the husband of an acquaintance was arrested for "downloading/possession" of child pornography. He was an Internet sales manager for a car dealer so I'd imagine he's not ignorant to the workings of the internet.
