My guess is going to be Davon Reed and PJ Dozier if we keep both picks. Davon Reed if we just use one.
ETA - I also think we might take Devin Robinson with 52 if he is still there as he is the only player repped by Jason Glushon (Jrue's agent)

Know it's not happening and not realistic but I wish there was a way we could get OG Anunoby, the SF from Indiana.

40 - Frank Mason
52 - Our good pal... the one, the only, mother effing, Cash Considerations. frick that guy.
What I Want
Brooks/Blakeney.
Blakeney is essentially a freshman out of college, as that's about what 2 years under CJJ is worth to me. He should have gone back to college.

I won't be triggered no matter what we do in the second round. It's all a bunch of low probability lotto tickets
But I don't think Thornwell can stay on the court in the NBA

Heard that Nigel Williams Goss worked out for the Pelicans yesterday so I think he goes #52.

If we keep both picks, I think we'll pick Mason at #40 and Bacon at #52. If we package both picks (like last year), I hope we move up to #34 or #35 and select Hart.

Dillon Brooks at 40
Sindarius Thornwell at 52.
I don't expect that to happen, but I would love to get as much shooting as possible.

Hardwood Houdini
NBC scouting report
You don't think any of that about him translates to NBA?
Do I think he can start? Not on a night in night out basis
Pelicans need to build their bench with 2nd rounders.
A spot starter is what I would expect Thornwell to become. I think he will be able to stay on the floor in the right system (golden state new orleans).

Strengths
Defense:Thornwell is a great on ball defender. He uses his feet on defense, and takes advantage of his size against other guards. Thornwell could potentially be able to guard up to three positions if he can keep up with an NBA wing player’s strength. Like most great defenders, Thornwell is very smart. He anchors the South Carolina defense as a perimeter defender, as he often knows exactly what the opposing offense will run. This type of ability and effort to study offenses will translate nicely to the NBA.
Scoring: South Carolina does not score the ball very well outside of Thornwell, who has to carry his team on that end of the floor. Even though he took about 14 shots a game this season, his shooting percentages haven’t suffered. In fact, they improved from previous seasons to 44% from the floor, and 40% from three. Thornwell gets to the basket with his quickness and finishes a successful rate thanks to his craftiness. He averages about 22 points per game, so that combined with his defensive abilities make Thornwell a great all around player.
Leadership:Thornwell is a senior leader on his Gamecocks squad, and does practically everything for his team on the floor. Along with his high scoring average and defensive efforts, Thornwell also averages seven rebounds and three assists. This is what led him to become the first player in his school’s history to win his conference’s player of the year award. No matter the level, leadership skills are always needed. Thornwell certainly has those key qualities.

He is an ultra aggressive defender with terrible foot speed and poor athleticism for an NBA guard. He will foul out in the first quarter
