There is one older heavy set man that will post up on a corner in a folding chair a little more frequently, but far from the everyday

I saw one on Magazine and Louisiana the last time I was in town that looked like an early 1900's newspaper boy. I was expecting to see him holding a paper that said "Titanic sinks, great loss of life."
