I'm going with Tasmin Mitchell nailing a 3 with just seconds left to clinch the 2009 SEC title at Rupp Arena

Beating Tennessee in overtime in 2000. You don't hear much about that game for whatever reason but it's a top 3 game that I've attended.

LSU wins in earlier bowl games--vs. Michigan State and ND in the independence bowl, vs GT in the Peach Bowl (with Rohan and Winey coming in to play the second half).

Steve Rehage grabbing Tim Brown's ankle in the backfield to seal the win over Notre Dame in '86. No contest.

It might not be everyone's favorite but losing to Auburn in the pick 6 game in 1994 set in motion a chain of events that still impacts today.
Auburn had a 13 game win streak coming into the game. If LSU wins they likely beat SC the next week and are 4-2 with 5 games left and momentum. 6-5 is a certainty and 8-3 is a very real possibility. Curly beat #5 Bama the year before & with a winning season in 1994 he's likely at LSU 3 -5 more years. We miss on Dinardo (no real loss there in spite of the revisionist history) but it really throws off the Saban hire.
So yeah, thats my favorite ??

I have fond childhood memories of being in Tiger Stadium to watch 2-8 LSU beat Arkansas 35-10 with Rohan Davey at QB in 1999 after firing Dinardo

Since you are a basketball guy, I'll throw this one out there. The greatest airball in LSU basketball history.
1989. LSU-Georgetown in the Superdome. Record crowd of 54,321. Tie game. Seconds ticking down. Russell Grant shoots what he thinks is a wide open 3...but Alonzo Mourning shows up out of nowhere to get a piece of the shot. The ball floated toward the rim way short, but it landed in Ricky Blanton's hands under the basket, then Blanton lays it in at the buzzer to win the game.
28 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday...even though I was sitting about a half mile from the court
