Former FBI Director James Comey may not be done testifying on Capitol Hill.
Top lawmakers on the Senate Judiciary Committee are weighing whether to subpoena the former FBI chief to testify before their panel.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein
(Calif.), the committee's top Democrat, said she and chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley
(R-Iowa) have discussed potentially forcing Comey to meet with their committee.
"He asked me and I said I would," Feinstein said Thursday when asked by The Hill if she and Grassley had discussed a subpoena.
The Judiciary Committee has the ability to subpoena an individual or information, according to the committee's rules, if either Feinstein and Grassley can come to an agreement or if it's approved by a vote of the full committee.
Both the Senate Judiciary and Intelligence committees are conducting separate investigations into Russia's election interference, including potential ties between President Trump's campaign and Moscow. They are also probing Comey's firing.
Grassley said in a statement that Comey's testimony "left many questions unanswered and even raised some new questions about the decisions he’s made in the course of handling politically-charged investigations."

Great. Since they agree he is incompetent and the President was justified in firing him - finally - maybe now they'll get interested in just what was going down when Obama, Lynch and Comey torpedoed the investigation into Hillary's loss of classified information. That certainly sounds like a conspiracy with potential criminal culpability to me.

(Go ahead, Senator Feinstein - keep kicking this unexploded ordnance. I'm sure it will only explode when you want it to.)

Comey played a dangerous game and couldn't have lost more badly.

He should have shown some balls and resigned when Lynch pressured him and went public.

Wonder what the MSM lead-up will be for this testimony?

Nah, I really don't wonder

I really can't think of a question that was left unanswered that Comey can answer. Certainly not enough to fill 2 hours.

Hillary, a server and her old man stumbling into Loretta then being told not to call it an investigation.

Chris Wallace disagrees.

Take this as a semi-compliment but don't get carried away but I'd believe more of your opinions than that prick. Trump has really given this guy a case of the dumbass.

At least you don't hide your ineptness of opinions.

Comey is a patriot and a true American. We need more men like him.

Men that are willing to admit mistakes and respect the rule of law.

Men that have no fear of giving testimony under oath, in front of America, in search for truth.

I felt good about my country yesterday and it's because of the integrity of James Comey.

If you didn't see that, I feel sorry for you.

I'm glad the media thinks that because they've been dead fricking wrong for two years about Trump.

I have one.

Mr. Comey, within 30 days before you were fired, did you make any requests for more resources for the Russia investigation?
