Trump lawyer: Comey leaked his memo day before tweets despite what a Comey said under oath

In the pressers just now Trump's attorney says that Comey testified that he woke up after midnight because of the "tapes" email and decided to leak the memo through a friend to the press.
Trump's lawyer just said the NYT release was a day before the tweets!
Can anyone confirm this? So, all the facts vindicate Teump today of any illegal activity, but now call into question Comey's legality and Whoretta Lynch's legality.
I bet the Dems didn't see this one coming.....hahaha. No PROOF of Trump lies under oath, but now we might have Comey lying under oath. WOW

Watching that statement from Trump's lawyer makes it sound like Comey committed suicide today.
The talking heads are losing their shite. As are the bots online.
They are criticizing the lawyer over the fact that he quoted Comey's exact words.

i think it is clear that Trump's lawyer is saying Comey admitted to leaking the memo to his friend BEFORE trump's tweets.

Deleted - after rereading the attorney's statement, I think it was fine. Overall this day was a good one for Trump.
