Our expense tracking software company is closing their doors and I am looking for a replacement. No foreign currency expense and I would like mobile apps for taking pictures and uploading receipts.

We use Concur.
It's straightforward and charged on a per-transaction basis. Look em up now, and thank me later.

We've got about 150 employees but only about 40 of them travel and have expenses. We use concur.

I'm fascinated by all the recommendations for Concur.
Reason why is that I work for one of the largest IT services corporations in the world, and they use Concur. I just booked a trip this past week.
My personal experience is that Concur didn't absolutely delight me but it was good. They got everything straight and had policies in place in case of a screwup. They'll probably have your back if there's a frickup better than most.

My firm doesn't use concur, but my current medical device client says concur is excellent for sunshine law compliance.

What accounting software are y'all using? As other said, concur is the industry leader. There are others apps for quickbooks that are cheaper if that is what you're using.
