Bailey, didn't forget about your question. Honestly your biggest thing is mental. But i would not do the program you linked. Try doing mutiple sets of jumping pullups and go slow on the negative. Try doing five reps per set. At least 4 sets per day, preferred to be spread out

No problem, appreciate the feedback regardless.. Can’t do frequency method sets spread throughout day but are you at least recommending at least doing the negatives 5-6 x a week. You said 5 negatives per set for 4 sets, so do 20 negatives each evening? How much rest can I allow myself between each negative? 20 seems high so would have to work up to it, most negatives at a time has been 8

No I'm talking jumping pullups with a slow negative, not an absolute ball breaker negative.
So go to the bar, jump as high as you can and use that momentum to get you over the bar and just do a slow controlled Negative, just don't drop. Repeat.
If you have a pullups bar at home do it before work, when you get home from work, before bed.
If not, do a set of 4 or 5 of those between exercises at the gym.

You have to host it somewhere.

Is there a 1x a week template for those looking to currently bulk/get wicked strong? How would it look?
I can get to the gym now but only once a week really.
Also, I hear JP is releasing new stuff soon?
Cheers man.

1x a week is tough for making gains. The least I see is 2 days a week to make minimal gains.

A 1 day a week really don't work very good and you would have to combine vume to make up the lack of frequency.
Go on an A/B schedule. When you go to the gym just do the opposite day you did last time.
Day A
Press-3*5+
Bench-5*10 @50%
Squats-3*5+
Rack pulls-5*5
Close grip bench- 5*10 supersetted with curls
Krok rows-between deads and squats
Sets of chins in between press and bench
Day b
Bench-3*5+
Press- 10*5@50%
Deadlift-1*5+
Squats-5*10@50%
Close grip bench-5*10 supersetted with curls
Krok rows-between deads and squats
Chins in between all press and bench
For progression move up on the 5+ exercises by 5lbs every other session.
On the volume exercises you move up 5% after every 4 sessions.
Just try to add reps on the chins and Kroc rows.
Do your chins and pushups every day.
Eat 300g protein daily. On lift days have an extra 100g shake after the workout.
This is going to be right above your minimal effective dose but way way below your maximum recoverable volume.

Not gonna bash the Greyskull LP system but I am here to tell the buyer to beware when purchasing from the Villain online store. Its been 4 weeks since my order with no communication from the seller. I emailed every email address for the company. I even sent Johnny an Instagram message. I paid via paypal so i am requesting a refund.
Not sure what's their issue, but i am disappointed.

Email him at jp@johnnypainlive.com
He is addressing the hard copy issue. He knew of issues but he thought all were fixed.
He told me today he needs a IT guy bad. If anybody knows anybody that would do it for free training lessons email Johnny at the email above

Some of the major takeaways from the AMA
1. New website 01 JAN
2. Plans are to have a forum much like the old one, but he doesn’t have time to curate it like last time.
3. JP is either so oblivious or has given up on the base GSLP that he claims he’s never seen Phrak’s variant.
4. Plans to rewrite some of his content I think he talked about LCI and the conditioning programs specifically.
5. He is in the process of writing an article on why rows are not necessary.
